Sold Sold Sold – 100% Pre Sales

The project has seen some great progress over the last few months, both on site with the progress of construction activity and off site with NAB being secured as the senior debt/funding.
On site the project is well into the building structure and over the last two weeks we have seen some colour on site with the installation of the brick façade panels, which is a feature of the building facade.

Structure is forecast for completion in mid-April, following that, a big push to completion and settlements in Q3 2018.

In addition to the above, the project has obtained a “Provisional Rating” from the LHA certifier for the Silver and Platinum Level rating under the Livable Housing Australia (LHA) guidelines with the final “Certified Rating” provided at completion of the project.
